Morning
Before Breakfast: Every morning will begin with putting at least 1 tsp of ghee in your cup of digestive tea (this is the loose digestive tea you received before the cleanse). Be careful when drinking, as the ghee can get extremely hot when placed in the hot tea. Each subsequent morning you can increase the amount of ghee in your morning tea with the maximum amount of ghee being 1 TBS.
Do Abhyanga massage (if time does not permit, do it in the evening). For information about how to do this massage, see the Abhyanga Massage post.
Make time for Movement/Exercise/Yoga/Meditation
